Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, misuse forms, copy protected content, or use DAL materials in violation of applicable law or the relevant license.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

Products, services, availability, descriptions, and prices may change. DAL may correct errors, limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If DAL cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Professional Services

Custom services may require qualification, a proposal or scope of work, a signed agreement, payment, intake information, and client materials before work begins. Website information does not create a client relationship or guarantee that a project will be accepted.

No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

DAL provides general business education, strategy, creative services, and administrative support within the stated scope of each service. Website content and general business services do not replace advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, financial adviser, or other regulated professional. Independent DAL tax preparation is not currently available and will be announced only after the required setup is complete.

No Guarantee of Results

Business, branding, marketing, website, and consulting outcomes depend on factors outside DAL's control. DAL does not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, approval, customer growth, search rankings, business success, tax outcomes, or other specific results.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, reviewing work and approvals, maintaining access to your accounts, following applicable laws, protecting passwords, and securing professional advice when needed. Project delays caused by missing information, materials, access, or approvals may change the timeline.

Payments and Third-Party Costs

Payment terms are disclosed before purchase or in the applicable agreement. Unless specifically included, government fees, domains, subscriptions, applications, premium themes, printing, advertising, payment-processing costs, filing fees, and other third-party expenses are separate.

Intellectual Property

The DAL name, website content, branding, graphics, written materials, templates, workbooks, guides, and other original content are owned by or licensed to DAL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A purchase grants only the usage rights stated in the product license or service agreement.

Digital Resources

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for authorized use and may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, shared, or represented as the purchaser's original work unless the product license expressly permits it.

Third-Party Services

The website may use Shopify, Jotform, Cowlendar, payment processors, analytics, email providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. DAL is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions outside DAL's reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, reliance on general information, third-party services, or misuse of purchased materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

DAL may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not replace specific rights or obligations already established in a signed agreement unless the agreement allows the change.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without limiting consumer protections that apply in another jurisdiction.
