Digital Product Policy

This policy applies to digital products sold or distributed by DAL Legacy Enterprises, including templates, planners, workbooks, guides, checklists, downloads, and similar resources.

Electronic Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically according to the instructions shown at purchase or sent after purchase. No physical item will be mailed unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

Authorized Use

Unless a product license states otherwise, a purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the purchaser's personal or internal business use.

Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly upload, share, give away, reproduce for others, claim authorship of, remove DAL ownership notices from, or use a DAL digital product to create a competing product. Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Editable Templates

Editable templates may be customized for the purchaser's own business when permitted by the included license. Customization does not grant the right to sell or redistribute the original template or a substantially similar version.

Access and Technical Requirements

The purchaser is responsible for using a compatible device, application, account, or software described with the product. Contact DAL if a valid download link or purchased file is defective.

Refunds

Digital products are generally final sale once delivered, downloaded, or accessed because they cannot be physically returned. Exceptions may apply where required by law or when a purchased file is defective or materially different from its description.

No Consulting Included

A digital-product purchase does not include personalized consulting, customization, implementation, or ongoing support unless the product description specifically includes it.
